What to expect during labor? It varies, but some things never change!

You have the anticipation of your little bundle of joy for some nine months now. You've shopped for nursery items, right eaten, a significant number of pounds gained and now you're absolutely ready to deliver this child! If your pregnancy further in the last trimester, you tend to tire easily and it is becoming more and more difficult to sleep. You lift your stomach from left to right through the night, both for comfort of sake and so that you don't squish your liver, according to the doctor. OK, you are ready. How do you know that the baby is ready? Here are six inevitables in the what to expect during labor experience.

The first sign that your baby is planning a breakout is when your water breaks. This can literally happen at any time. You can in a bookstore when suddenly, without warning, you have a pool of water at your feet. This is definitely the time to call your doctor and a taxi! Where you go, can for the taking. You could end up at home, playing a waiting game. If you had no contractions before your water broke, you may have a long wait. Listen to your doctor. A mother-to-be might wait more than a day until contractions only a few minutes apart, while other might rush to the hospital, hoping not to give birth in the cabin.

That quick trip to the hospital appears to be a course in what to expect during labor. It is what they don't tell you what you need to know. Unless the road is as smooth as glass and the vehicle you in a killer suspension system has, you feel every little piece of gravel that hits that ties. You may find yourself sticking to your belly around curves. It is always good if the trip is short!

Upon arrival at the hospital, you'll be wheels in a room for prepping, unless the baby already on it's way. Be prepared to wait and be measured, with a variety of monitors on your body and around your bed. Nurses will monitor your contractions. When you're sufficiently turned off, you'll be wheels in the delivery room.

In this phase includes what to expect during labor a bevy of hospital staff tell you what to do. You can find all the birth preparation classes available, but they'll tell you what to do anyway. Some of them can save you as a bit overbearing, in your current situation. You would feel like giving them each a piece of your mind. They will tell you how to breathe!

On this short list of what to expect during labor is significant pain. Before you get into work, ask your doctor about pain-lifeless options and the possible consequences for your child.

The beautiful part is that sweet child in your arms. Now is the time for some well-deserved rest!
